I'm so glad I worked with Friendly Realtors. At times like these, when everything is uncertain, finding a home becomes one's biggest priority. Of course, there are a gazillion options online but nothing like a personal service. Anthony and his team are well equipped and have the best possible homes in their list to offer. They showed me 5 really good places and I picked the best of them all.

A family member recently needed some property evaluated, and when they asked me for a recommendation I couldn't think of a better person to do that for us than Anthony Although. Anand as we fondly call him is a well known family friend, but he had a very professional approach while at his job. He very patiently explained to us, in detail, the legalities, and price of the property, based on the size, khata, vaastu, etc., in layman terms, making it easy for the entire family to understand. He gave us very clear direction on how to price the property by setting minimum, and maximum, expectations, based solely on the current 'as-is' condition. To buy a property I didn't know so many things, yet we started our search to find the right home in a good neighborhood. When I contacted Anthony, is when I felt the difference. He is so very professional right from our initial telephonic conversation. In my mind I said yes, this is the way I like to be treated and I was too soon in judging them to be like the others.
Anthony is very good at what he does. A well set up office, systems in place and his associates are equally good.

I was introduced to Anthony by my friend while I was looking for someone to sell and/or rent out my apartment. Anthony was very quick to get my requirements, did a his own assessment and suggested to give on rent after some renovation. He introduced to me his business model of property management in very clear terms.
Being myself away from India his company took over the complete renovation work at a very reasonable cost. Which was done in few weeks. This would be very difficult even for a resident person to get this done quickly since multiple vendors (carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, etc) were involved. And also got me a good tenant at the end.
Overall I am very satisfied with his professionalism, responsiveness and care for details. I am very sure his company would be very successful because of his customer orientation.

I have been using the property management services of Anthony and his team for last five years. I am very satisfied with their services. They have in this period they have assisted in overseeing 2-3 tenants move in and out. With old age parents and minimum support from them, Friendly team have taken a huge burden from our shoulders. They are proactive, customer friendly always looking for ways to improve their service. Recently they re-negotiated market relevant rent for my relatives property. During Covid the tenant moved and the rent was not adjusted since then, Friendly team took initiative and proactively re-negotiated the rent. Kudos to the team.

My Experience with Friendly Realtors , Mr. Anthony and his staff , has been excellent . I shifted from Ahmedabad to Bangalore last year . With lot of apprehensions, I have referred Friendly realtor's Antony to my prestigious client, a 3 Bn $ valued start up, for finding their residential accommodations for their employees.
He was prompt in attending the client meeting, and was offered a tough challenge by the client. ie, Finding a staff accommodation, a big house for each PIN code in Bangalore which should accommodate 30 members. Its not an easy job to find one..
Within 3days he found a landlord, signed the agreement and handed over the property in a weeks time. Looking at the quality of the service, the client has made Antony an exclusive single vendor for all their staff accommodation finding jobs, and he is continuing well with the client for all their upcoming projects.
